We process the data you provide, such as your email address, photos, style choices, feedback and any order and delivery details.

We also process limited technical data needed to operate the website, secure sessions and prevent misuse.

We use your data to handle your request, create previews and versions, keep you informed and process any payment, production and delivery.

We may also use data for customer support, security and administrative or legal obligations.

If you ticked the box to receive promotions when uploading, we also use your email address for that, based on your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every promotional email or by emailing us; you will still receive emails about your own request or order.

We use specialist providers for hosting and storage, AI image processing, email, payment and print production or delivery. They receive only the data needed for their part of the service.

Payments are handled by the payment provider. That provider’s privacy terms also apply to its processing.

Uploads and generated versions stay private and are deleted 30 days after your latest artwork was created. We send you a reminder two days before. If you order a print or download, we keep them for 30 days after your order to handle it.

Order, payment and contact data may be kept longer when needed to complete an order, handle questions or meet legal retention duties.

If you choose ‘Just made’ when ordering, then after approval we show only your artwork, anonymously and for at most 30 days after your order, on our inspiration page, and we may share it anonymously on our social media channels. We never show your original photo, name or address. The legal basis is your consent; you can withdraw it at any time with the link in your confirmation email, after which we delete the image from the website right away and remove any social media posts. Creations from orders placed before 29 September 2026 appear on the website only. Creations from orders placed before 7 October 2026 appear for 5 days at most.

Google Analytics loads only after you consent to analytics cookies. Without that consent, we use only technologies needed to operate the site and remember your choices.

If you consent to advertising cookies, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure which ads lead to an order. We only send the amount, the type of product and an encrypted order code, never your name, email address, photo or the link to your order. Without that consent we do not measure this.

You can change your consent later through the cookie preferences on the website.

Where provided by law, you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data. You can also object to certain processing.
