These terms outline how a request, preview and any order through Get Your Print Together work.

1. Request and order
You start with a photo and style choice. Requesting a preview is not yet an order for a physical product.
An order is placed when you choose a product and delivery details after the preview and payment is confirmed. Check your choices and details before paying.
2. AI and variation
The designs are created with AI. Composition, colour and details may therefore differ from the source photo, your description and other versions.
Review the preview carefully. A particular artistic result or exact match with the source photo cannot be promised.
3. Preview
The protected preview lets you assess the design before choosing a product. Only the design you select forms the basis of any print.
Colour and cropping may appear different on a screen than on the chosen material and size.
4. Pricing
The current product price and any taxes and delivery charges are shown before you confirm the order. The price displayed when the order is completed applies to that order.
5. Payment
Payment is made through the secure checkout offered on the site. Production may start after payment has been confirmed successfully.
If payment is not confirmed, the order cannot enter production.
6. Production and delivery
A specialist print partner produces and ships the personalised product to the address provided. Displayed delivery dates are estimates and may change due to production or transport.
For damage, a production defect or a missing delivery, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos where relevant.
7. Changes, cancellation and withdrawal
Contact us as soon as possible if you want to change or cancel an order. Because each product is made to order and production may start after payment, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible once production has begun.
Each print is made to your choices using the selected portrait, size and material. The statutory cooling-off period or right of withdrawal may therefore not apply to these clearly personalised products. Review the information shown before payment.
This does not limit your statutory rights if a product is damaged, incorrect or otherwise not in conformity.
